Perfect Cream Mousse
The easiest gourmet chocolate mousse recipe in the world!
It only takes
three ingredients, and a few minutes, and voila, incredible creamy chocolate
mousse! Best of all, you don't even need to measure the ingredients...just
mix it the way you like it!
Ingredients:
- CocoaLava Chocolate
- Whipping Cream
- Confectioners Sugar
- Flavoring Oil (optional)
Method:
| 1. | Pour heavy whipping cream in a bowl and use an electric mixer to whip until the cream begins to form soft peaks. |
| 2. | Set aside a small amount of whipped cream to use as topping on your finished mousse. |
| 3. | Add CocoaLava Chocolate to taste
and continue to mix until fully mixed into the whipped cream. |
| 4. | Add a small amount of confectioners sugar to the
reserved whipped cream that does not have chocolate, to slightly
sweeten. |
| 5. | Serve topped with a dollop of the extra whipped cream and drizzled with additional CocoaLava Chocolate. |
