Limited Time $5 Flat Rate Shipping

Chocoley is excited to offer a $5 flat rate shipping option for a limited time! All retail Chocoley orders within the Continental United States qualify for this $5 flat rate shipping option.

To take advantage of this limited time offer simply select "$5 Chocoley Saver (4-6 Business Days)" as your shipping option at checkout.

All orders placed with this shipping method will ship within one business day via a method that will make sure that your order arrives at your doorstep within a maximum of 4-6 business days from the date of your order.

There is no minimum or maximum order required to qualify for this incredible shipping special.

If you need your order by a specific date that is less than 6 business days from the date of order, select one of our traditional shipping methods with guaranteed shipping transit times. (Detailed in the section below).

All orders placed by 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) and shipping via FedEx will ship out the SAME DAY, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed with USPS will ship within one business day.

However, if your order requires being shipped in an "Insulated Cold Pack" AND the transit time includes a weekend, your order will ship on the following Monday.

Our goal is to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Chocoley reserves the right and has sole discretion in substituting a different shipping carrier or method than the method selected, to make sure your package arrives in the desired amount of time or faster.

Our standard method of shipping is

• Business/Commercial addresses — FedEx Ground* .
• Residential/Home Based Business addresses — FedEx Ground Home Delivery** .

Ground service is delivered on time over 98% of the time, however, ground service transit times are not guaranteed.

Other shipping options are offered when checking out.

* For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. (Example: a package shipped on Monday that takes 2 business days would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.)

** For FedEx Ground Home Delivery, a business day does not include Sundays, Mondays or holidays. (Example: A package shipped on Friday that takes 2 business days to arrive would arrive on Tuesday, as you do not count the day shipped as a business day, Saturdays do count, but Mondays do not count as a business day.)

We Now Also Offer USPS Priority Mail As A Shipping Option

Orders that ship USPS Priority Mail will ship within one business day. USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times, and packages shipped via USPS are NOT insured. Do not select this method of shipping if you MUST have your package by a specific date.

APO/FPO Military shipments must ship via USPS.

Puerto Rico shipments must ship via USPS.
